  12. Hi~

Your article about Macha has a good combination of pictures and description. The colorful pictures have grabbed my attention. Adding personal comment like "I want to eat daihuku!" and "I love macha ice-cream too." have made the article more livelier and "reader friendly". The style of writing is so relaxing and natural that it keeps one go on reading. One will enjoy it as a sharing rather than a piece of information only. It is really interesting to know that macha can give rise to so many different types of sweets. They all look attractive to me!

As mentioned in the article, I am quite curious about what kind of "rules" and "manners" does macha have. Do you mean the properties of macha? I think many of us would be interested in the health benefits of having macha in food. Is there any special recipe? Also, you could mention about the modern cooking habit of using macha as dye, for example, soba noodles.

I am wondering how do you come up with this interesting topic and finding the source of information. What is your inspiration on topic selection? Do you have great interest in sweets too?

Thanks for the information. I hope would be lucky enough to have a try of all of them!!
